Bamboo Fly Rods and Various Equipment 

From time to time we will be listing bamboo fly rods, blanks and various equipment at discounted prices. The bamboo fly rods will be either lightly fished or lawn cast only. All bamboo fly rods both the used and demos will include an extra tip, ferrule plugs, rod tube and rod bag. Bamboo rod blanks come with an extra tip and rod sock only. (We can add a  rod tube and any other rod building components, for an extra charge for any bamboo rod blanks.) The bamboo rod tapers available may range from Dickerson, Garrison, Winston, Payne and other classic fly rod tapers. Please see OUR RODS page for additional information on the bamboo fly rods that we offer. The rod lengths will vary from 6 1/2' - 8 1/2' and will be both 2 and 3 piece fly rods. Pictures will be posted along with a description of the fly rod.

There is a three day inspection period on all bamboo fly rods, both custom made or demo. If for any reason the client is not satisfied with the rod, we ask only that the fly rod be returned in the same condition in which you received it and that you pay for return shipping.

If you purchase a custom made or demo bamboo fly rod, fly reel and fly line together, you will receive a 10% discount on the fly rod. The fly line backing and leader are always included at no charge.
